1. Our Services

Skillioz AI provides software and AI-assisted tools related to recruitment and career documents, including, where available:

• an applicant tracking system ("ATS") used by HR teams, recruiters, and employers;
• CV Roasting for job seekers;
• CV Fix or CV improvement services for job seekers;
• Premium CV Links created by job seekers and viewable by third parties, including recruiters or employers;
• resume/CV parsing, analysis, formatting, optimization, and related career tools;
• other related website features, integrations, and support services.

Some services are intended for business users (such as employers and HR teams), and some are intended for consumers/job seekers.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if:

• you are at least 18 years old; and
• you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes both you and that entity.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• keep your login credentials confidential;
• promptly update your information if it changes; and
• accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized persons to access it.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or create security, legal, or operational risks.

4. Types of Users

4.1 Job Seekers / Candidates

If you use the Platform as a job seeker or candidate, you may upload, create, edit, analyze, improve, or publish your CV/resume and related information.

4.2 Employers / Recruiters / HR Teams

If you use the Platform as an employer, recruiter, staffing business, or HR team, you may use the ATS and related recruitment tools to collect, review, store, manage, and process candidate materials, including CVs/resumes.

Business users are responsible for ensuring that their use of candidate data complies with applicable law, including employment, privacy, and data protection laws.

5. User Content and CV Data

"User Content" means any information, documents, resumes, CVs, cover letters, profile details, text, images, links, feedback, comments, and other materials that you upload, submit, create, store, or publish through the Platform.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by using the Platform and submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and otherwise use that User Content only as necessary to:

• provide the Platform and requested services to you;
• generate CV analyses, roasts, fixes, formatting suggestions, and related outputs;
• operate your account and requested features;
• create and host Premium CV Links if you choose to enable them;
• maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Platform;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce these Terms.

This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

6. Your Responsibilities for Content You Submit

You represent and warrant that:

• you own your User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it;
• your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights;
• your User Content does not violate any law or regulation;
• if you upload another person's personal data, you have a lawful basis and any required notices or permissions;
• you will not upload confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary and lawful to do so.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

7. Premium CV Links

The Platform may allow job seekers to generate a Premium CV Link.

If you enable or publish a Premium CV Link:

• your CV/profile information linked through that feature may become accessible to anyone with the link, and in some cases may be indexable or shareable depending on the product configuration;
• you are responsible for deciding what information you include in a public profile or public CV;
• you should not include sensitive information that you do not want to make public;
• you may deactivate or remove the public link where such functionality is made available by the Platform.

We are not responsible for third parties who access, save, copy, share, or otherwise use information you intentionally make public.

8. ATS and Recruitment Data

If you use Skillioz AI as an employer, recruiter, or HR team:

• you are responsible for your recruitment process and decisions;
• you are responsible for having a valid legal basis to collect and process candidate personal data;
• you are responsible for providing legally required privacy notices to candidates;
• you must not use the Platform to unlawfully discriminate or make decisions in violation of employment or anti-discrimination laws;
• you must not submit candidate data to the Platform unless you are legally permitted to do so.

Where required by law or contract, separate data processing terms may apply between Skillioz AI and business customers.

9. AI Features and Outputs

Some Platform features use automation, AI, machine learning, rules-based processing, or similar technologies to analyze or generate content, including CV Roasting, CV Fix suggestions, scoring, matching, summaries, or other recommendations ("AI Features").

By using AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your specific situation;
• AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational and assistive purposes only;
• you must review all outputs before relying on them;
• Skillioz AI does not guarantee that use of any AI Feature will result in a job interview, job offer, better hiring outcome, improved candidate ranking, legal compliance, or any specific commercial or personal result.

AI outputs are not legal, HR, employment, immigration, financial, or professional advice.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
• scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or extract data from the Platform without authorization;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Platform;
• interfere with Platform security or availability;
• use bots or automated methods to create accounts or misuse the Platform;
• submit false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing content;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• use the Platform to spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications;
• use candidate data or Premium CV Links for unlawful profiling, surveillance, or unauthorized marketing;
• use the Platform in a way that violates privacy, employment, anti-discrimination, or intellectual property laws.

We may monitor compliance, investigate misuse, and remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary.

11. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payment

Some services may be free, and some may require payment.

If you purchase a paid plan, subscription, or one-time service, you agree to:

• pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges shown at checkout;
• provide valid and current payment information;
• authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Where subscriptions renew automatically, they will continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

We may change pricing for future billing periods by giving notice where required by law.

12. Cancellation and Consumer Withdrawal Rights

12.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@skillioz.ai. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and already-paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

12.2 EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days.

However, for digital content or digital services supplied electronically, your withdrawal right may be lost once performance has begun if:

• you expressly request or consent to the service starting during the withdrawal period; and
• you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

Where required, we will collect this consent and acknowledgment during checkout or activation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.

13. No Employment or Hiring Guarantee

Skillioz AI is a software and career-tool platform. We do not guarantee:

• employment, interviews, callbacks, or job offers for job seekers;
• candidate quality, suitability, availability, or successful hires for employers;
• uninterrupted recruiter responses or hiring outcomes;
• that any CV, roast, fix, or public profile will achieve a particular result.

14. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, databases, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to Skillioz AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

15. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, product feedback, or improvement proposals, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of your use of the Platform.

Because the Platform involves CVs/resumes and recruitment-related information, personal data may be processed in connection with:

• account creation and administration;
• CV upload, parsing, and storage;
• CV Roasting and CV Fix features;
• Premium CV Links;
• ATS workflows and candidate management;
• analytics, security, support, and service improvement.

Where required by applicable law, separate privacy notices, cookie notices, or data processing agreements may apply.

17. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, plugins, payment processors, AI providers, email services, storage providers, or analytics tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

18. Platform Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, change features, and fix issues without liability, subject to mandatory law.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• you violated these Terms;
• your use creates legal, security, or operational risk;
• your account is fraudulent or unauthorized;
• we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions on payments owed, intellectual property, liability limitations, disputes, and data-related obligations.

20. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Skillioz AI does not warrant that:

• the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities;
• outputs, insights, recommendations, or AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes;
• the Platform will meet all legal, hiring, compliance, or business requirements of every user.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillioz AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed:

• the total amount you paid to us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• if you have not paid us anything, EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

22. Indemnity by Business Users

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, employer, staffing firm, or other organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skillioz AI from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs arising out of:

• your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform;
• your recruitment activities or hiring decisions;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of privacy, employment, consumer, discrimination, or intellectual property laws;
• your processing of candidate data without a lawful basis or required notices.

This section applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where required by law, provide appropriate notice. If you continue using the Platform after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from any mandatory protections afforded to you by the laws of your country of residence.

25. Disputes

If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it informally by contacting the other party.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim before a court that is competent under applicable mandatory consumer law.

If you are acting in the course of business, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable plan terms, order forms, data processing terms, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
