If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires:

  • 14 days after purchase of digital services

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw:

  • We will refund payments without undue delay
  • Refunds are made using the original payment method

Important Exception (Digital Services)

You lose your right of withdrawal if:

  • You requested immediate service delivery, AND
  • You acknowledged loss of withdrawal right
