By accessing or using Skillioz and uploading any personal data (including CVs), you provide free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that:

• Processing is necessary to deliver services such as CV Roast, CV Fix, resume generation, and ATS workflows
• You have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy at the time of consent

2. User Control & Withdrawal of Consent

You retain full control over your personal data and may at any time:

• Delete your CV
• Delete your account
• Withdraw consent

Withdrawal of consent will not affect prior lawful processing.

3. Data Deletion & Retention

• User-initiated deletion will remove data from active systems
• Data will be permanently erased within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days)
• CV data may be automatically deleted after defined inactivity periods

• AI outputs are assistive in nature and may be incomplete or inaccurate
• Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them

7. Recruiter / Employer Responsibility (ATS Use)

If you use Skillioz as an employer, recruiter, or organization:

• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process candidate data
• You must provide appropriate privacy notices to candidates
• You must comply with applicable data protection and employment laws

8. Cross-Border Data Processing

You acknowledge that personal data may be stored and processed outside India. Skillioz ensures:

• Appropriate contractual safeguards
• Reasonable data protection standards

9. Data Minimization

We collect and process only the minimum personal data necessary to provide our services.

10. Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:

• Encryption (where applicable)
• Access control mechanisms
• Monitoring and system protection
