Skillioz provides AI-powered tools for analyzing and matching resumes with job descriptions ("JD") to enhance hiring and application processes. We offer services for both businesses (B2B) and individual users (B2C).

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Skillioz, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into these Terms (if acting on behalf of a company) and all information provided by you is accurate and up to date.

B2B Customers: Businesses must provide accurate company details, including legal name, contact information, and payment details. B2C Users: Individuals must provide a valid email address and ensure their resumes and personal information are accurate.

You agree to use Skillioz only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to distribute or upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass our AI algorithms, or use the Service to spam or engage in fraudulent activities.

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. For B2B Users: You are responsible for ensuring your data practices comply with applicable laws, including GDPR, if relevant. For B2C Users: You grant us permission to process and analyze the data provided (resumes, JDs, etc.) solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
